Two things to know before you scroll: every Bottom Line piece is print-on-demand (made when you order it), and we ship from Printful’s network of certified-ethical facilities. That shapes most of the answers below — production timing, returns, the works. If any of it is unclear, ask us. We’d rather you write in than guess wrong.
Where do you ship?
We ship globally — Printful’s fulfillment partners cover the US, Canada, EU, UK, and Australia at standard rates. International outside that footprint may require longer transit; reach out before ordering and we’ll confirm.
How long does production take?
Each order is printed when you buy it, so production takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Then add transit (3–7 days domestic, 10–20 international). Yes, that’s slower than Amazon. The trade-off is zero deadstock and zero landfill.
What's your return policy?
Print-on-demand items can’t be restocked, so we accept returns only for damaged or defective product (manufacturing defect, print error, wrong item shipped). Email hi@bottomlineapparel.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll fix it. Sizing exchanges aren’t covered — please use the size guide before ordering.
How do I find my size?
Every product has a sizing tab that maps to the manufacturer’s chart. Most of our tees run unisex/regular through Bella+Canvas, so order your normal tee size. The crop hoodies run cropped — check the chart, not your gut.
Are you really queer-owned?
Yes. Bottom Line Apparel is a queer-owned NYC brand built by gay friends who got tired of straight-designed apparel. No corporate parent, no rainbow-washing, no token Pride Month flips.
What's the deal with the slogans?
Some are dirty jokes. Some are inside jokes. Some are unhinged in a way that makes sense if you’ve ever waited at the front of a Lower East Side bar at 1am. We pick what makes us laugh and we don’t water it down.
