Everything Bottom Line ships is print-on-demand through Printful’s certified-ethical fulfillment network. That changes the timing and the return rules versus a traditional retailer, so please read this before ordering — it’s short.

Shipping

We ship globally. Most orders fulfill from Printful’s North American (Charlotte NC, Los Angeles CA, Toronto) or European (Riga, Barcelona, Birmingham) facilities, whichever is closest to your delivery address. You’ll be charged at checkout based on destination and selected method.

Transit times are estimates from the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, depending on destination). Tracking is sent by email when the parcel leaves the facility.

Production timing

Production is separate from transit and runs 2–7 business days for most items. Hoodies and embroidery sit at the longer end of that range. You’ll see this on the product page and in your order confirmation.

So the math: production (2–7 business days) + transit (see table) = total time from order to doorstep. For US standard orders that’s typically 5–14 business days end to end. For international orders, plan on 12–30 business days.

We don’t pretend this is fast. The reason it isn’t fast is the reason we run print-on-demand at all: nothing gets made until you order it, which means zero deadstock, zero incinerated unsold inventory, and a much smaller footprint than running fashion-cycle inventory drops.

Returns & exchanges

Because every item is printed for you specifically, we can’t accept returns for the usual reasons — change of mind, wrong size, “didn’t suit me.” Print-on-demand inventory has nowhere to go. The garment can’t be resold and we’d just be putting it in landfill, which is the opposite of why we run this model.

Please use the size guide before you order. If you’re between sizes, size up — every Bella+Canvas-blank tee we ship runs slightly fitted, especially after first wash.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, has a print error, or is the wrong item entirely, we will absolutely make it right.

Email hi@bottomlineapparel.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear photo of the issue (close-up of the defect plus a wider shot of the garment).
  3. A short description of what’s wrong.

We’ll review with Printful’s QC team and ship a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a refund — your choice. Most cases resolve within 2–5 business days from when you email us.
